I often have pain in everyday life or during yoga practice. Which class should I choose?

If you have symptoms, seek medical advice about participation first. You can then arrange a private conversation with Pankaj about possible class adjustments. Yoga instruction does not replace medical treatment. Health Yoga is not a trial class.

Biography

Pankaj has been teaching since 1999

Born and raised in Rishikesh, India, at the foothills of the Himalayas, Pankaj began practising yoga aged fifteen. He studied at the Sivananda Ashram and later spent eight years learning with his teacher in Rishikesh.

He has taught in Kenya, India, Australia, other parts of Asia and across Europe. Since 2004 he has run his own studio in Frankfurt. His classes are based on careful observation and direct, practical instruction. Alignment is central to his teaching: he uses precise actions and props to help students find stability, space and a clearer understanding of each pose.

Workshops & Retreats

More time for practice

Workshops and retreats give Pankaj time to work on a subject over several sessions. Some last a weekend. Others run for one or more weeks.
